Unfortunately, we did face some issues with room assignments, and the noise in the surrounding area disrupted our stay. Worth considering for its charm, though!

Perfect for a family with kids

I really liked the size of the room, it was like an apartment not just a hotel room and the breakfast had a nice variety with something for everyone, even the kids loved the popcorn provided. Plus the pool area, nice touch for a family trip, and the outdoor seating was perfect for our kids to play.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

I had a good experience with the staff. They were friendly and helpful during my stay. The internet worked well, allowing my family to play online without issues. I enjoyed the breakfast selection. It reminded me of mornings back home in Italy, where sharing meals is important.

Comfortable stays for families

The suite was great for my family! We had enough space, and the breakfast options were pretty solid too. However, the latch on the door was broken, which was a bit concerning with kids around. Also, it would've been nice to have an oven instead of just a stove top. Clean for the most part!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved chilling at the outdoor pool and hitting the nearby theme parks. The location made it super easy to visit places like California's Great America and the SAP Center. The hot tub was a great bonus after our long days exploring.

We had an issue with the hot water in our room, which took a while to get warm. It was a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to take a shower after a long day.

There’s also a lovely outdoor space for BBQs that makes it perfect for relaxing. On the downside, I found the carpets a bit worn, but it didn’t take away from the overall nice experience. 😊

But lugging bags up several flights of stairs was a workout I didn’t sign up for!

Only downside was the pool—it felt freezing and wasn’t as heated as promised. Breakfast each morning had a decent selection, though the dining area felt cramped during busy times. Limited housekeeping made it tough to keep the room tidy, and I found myself having to ask for towel replacements more than once. The area felt a bit sketchy at night, possibly due to some nearby incidents. Enjoyed the location’s proximity to the highways for easy travel. Overall, a mixed bag but a decent option for a long stay.
